Lady Pirates historic playoff run ends Saturday
The 2024 Vidor Lady Pirates soccer team made it all the way to the championship of Regional Finals and came away with the runnerup trophy after many hard fought battles that came down to Saturday's match with district rival Lumberton.
About 14 minutes into the first 40 minute period, Lumberton managed to score on a corner kick against the tough Lady Pirate defense and the goal held up through out the remainder of the game to give the Lady Raiders the Regional Championship title and move on the the State Tournament.
